project centrally located in the heart of Silicon Valley and near downtown Sunnyvale. The project is now fully approved and shovel ready, and we are working with the building department in order to pull our building permits and begin construction. Each of the eighteen three-story homes exudes modern luxury with designer-selected upgrades including upscale cabinets, countertops and hardwood flooring, spacious open floor plans, and roof top entertainment decks! Ranging from 1700-1900 SF, each home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with tons of windows and natural light. The project is 100% electric with solar integration, and each of the units in addition to the large rooftop sundeck has a first floor guest retreat or in-law quarters and a private attached garage for 2 cars. These homes will cater to the large demand for housing by technology workers at Facebook, Apple, and Google, which has their massive Google Cloud headquarters just across highway 237 from the project!
As we have already started with the demolition of the project and are targeting to start construction of the project within the next 60-90 days, and we plan on completing the project and selling all of the homes by end of 2022!
