This preferred equity raise is for centrally located project in the thriving city of Fremont, is a 10-unit townhomes development. The feedback for Cycle 1 is expected to be received by the end of June, and we are diligently working towards making the project shovel ready within the next 2-3 months. With everything proceeding according to plan, we anticipate commencing the grading phase by fall of this year.
This is a special offering as we are offering 15% return with an additional 10% profit which will be distributed on a pro-rata basis among all preferred equity investors. Under this offering on 4170 Central Ave, Fremont we are raising $1,000,000 which will be utilized to close the Construction Loan.
