Situated within 5 minutes of downtown Campbell, this project subdivided the existing parcel at 1201 W Campbell Ave. Campbell, CA into two Single Family Home parcels and we constructed 2 new homes with new addresses on Colleen Way. Built on 6871 sqft lot, the home features mediterranean style architecture, open floor plans including large family and kitchen area. The project did not have any crowdfunding investment. Aron Developers LLC was the sole owner/ investor in this project and the lender was Torrey Pines Bank (part of Western Alliance Bank).
